How it all started...
Back in 2008, we left the office jobs to start a summer camp for school aged
children. G.E.K.O.S. was SO much fun, but our kiddo's had to head back to school when summer ended. We decided then to do daycare for all ages. We soon added a preschool program for 3-5year old's, and I couldn't enjoy it more!
We live in a large, Christian home. The children have a large playroom, lunch area, preschool area, and separate nap rooms! We have, and always will, pride ourselves on being good providers. We want
kids to have a GREAT time with us, and always want to come back.
Miss Irene- Owner/operator:
Kids are my passion. I have been working with children for over 15 years, and have experience with children from newborn to 16years. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, in day cares, summer camps, and more. Since I have worked with kids for so many years, I have had various trainings (universal precautions, cpr/first aid, diabetes, special needs, etc) as well as many background checks. I have a clean driving record and background. I have worked with various ages and abilities.
I am the proud aunt to two beautiful young ladies, and four goofy little boys. I come from a large Italian family, and love spending time with everyone. In my free time I enjoy crocheting, spending time in church, and taking care of my Granny.
Miss Jennifer- Co-owner/Assistant:
I have been working with children in a professional setting for 5 years. I've also been caring for siblings and odd jobs for the last 10 years. I have experience working with ages from infant up to 12years old. I have had training in first aid and universal precautions.
I have 5 sisters. One older sister and 4 younger sisters by 6+ years. I also have two nephews. I teach Sunday School at my church and enjoy participating in the ladies ministry. I also love being adopted into a large Italian family and learning from Irene what a passion for children is.
